Email Support
A. All technical support, including user ID reset, system shifts, technical queries related to the tool, and trade-related email queries, will be attended by us only through email. B. It takes a maximum of 48 working hours to attend to an email query. C. Our support desk operates between 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday (Saturday: 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM).


Cancellation And Refund Policy
A. Goods or services once sold are not exchangeable, and no cash refund will be issued for the same. B. Software, books, and DVDs once sold are not exchangeable. However, if the product is damaged, not functioning, or has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it. The buyer must send the defective goods to us for exchange. Human intervention damage (e.g., burnt, scribbled, scratched) will not qualify for exchange. C. If the software does not work due to antivirus software or an ISP blocking server connectivity, no refund will be issued. However, within 7 days of purchase, if your antivirus or ISP does not support the software, we will issue a refund. D. Crypto Smart Analysis reserves the right to change or modify the above policy at any time.


Remote Support Terms and Conditions
1. Remote support is available only on working days: Monday to Friday (10:30 AM to 5:30 PM) and Saturday (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM). 2. Users must fix an appointment via email and receive confirmation for remote support. TeamViewer (version 11 or above) is required for remote sessions. 3. Users must call the support desk at the scheduled time for assistance. 4. Users are entitled to 3 free remote support sessions per year. Additional sessions cost ₹200 each. 5. Non-software-related issues (e.g., service pack updates, file cleaning) will not be attended to. 6. Users must interact cordially with support engineers. Any abuse will result in service discontinuation without a refund. 7. All support-related chats and calls are recorded for quality purposes.


Minimum System Requirements for Crypto Smart Analysis Software
A. Operating System: Windows 8 or above. B. Browser: Internet Explorer 9 or above. C. Framework: .NET Framework 4.6 and Windows Installer 3.1. D. Resolution: 1024x768 (some operational windows may not be visible on mini-netbooks). E. Android: Supported on Android 5.0 and above (not supported on tablets). Note: The software does not work with third-party antivirus programs except Windows Defender.


Installation Process
A. Save the email containing the software download link, user ID, and password. This information will not be reissued. B. The software is provided via an FTP link. Double-click the *.msi file to start installation. The installer will verify .NET compatibility and guide you through the process. C. User IDs are unique to the system where installation is initiated and will not work on other computers. Refer to the password policy for more details. D. Post-installation, users receive unique user IDs and passwords to access the service.


Uninstallation Process
To uninstall, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. Select the software and click uninstall to remove it.


Fees and Charges Associated with Support and Maintenance
A. Annual maintenance cost: ₹3500 (subject to yearly changes). B. Shifting software to another computer: ₹500. C. Beyond 3 remote support sessions per year, each session costs ₹200.


Password and Activation/Deactivation Code Policy
1. One product/package per user gets one password, valid for one computer only. 2. Passwords are non-cancellable once issued. 3. Passwords are issued via email upon submission of specific details (machine ID, purchase date, buyer's name, etc.). 4. Activation must occur within one week of purchase; no passwords will be issued after one month. 5. Users are responsible for preserving passwords for future use. 6. Major hardware changes require a new license purchase. 7. Activation takes up to 24 hours. 8. Misconduct (e.g., foul language) will result in service deactivation without refunds.


Terms of Service and EULA (End User License Agreement)
Download the complete End User License Agreement (EULA). User ID and password are provided upon email submission of contact details. Contact information is not shared for commercial use.
